  Great concept and food. But the service and lack of basic customer relations makes me not want to return. We walked in and wait to be seated and we're greeted with multiple states from multiple employees but not one greets us at all, or even says hello, just a minute--literally anything would've been fine. After at least 3 minutes, finally a woman comes over and just points to a table and says "right there" and walks away. Another 10 minutes goes by with no one coming to greet is or take our order. Multiple servers and employees look at us, walk by, clean tables, but not one says hello or offers to help. Waitress finally came, but after delivering our food she never returned to check on us or refill our drinks, which their cups are small here. She brought the check and disappeared again. The food was quick to come out but we were here in total over an hour. This could've been a 30-35 minute stop tops.

  Good value food for the money. Not very expensive which is good for college students. Loved the 50's style interior and burgers.

  So I visited this past weekend. I haven't been here in 20 years.....a lot has changed. I used to love the place. Fries are no longer the same (and a WHOLE lot less), service is completely different. Walls were dirty, smeared and covered with ketchup and who knows what else, blinds were broken. Not only that, but we were forced to listen in on an employee getting reprimanded quite loudly (very uncomfortable) I expected the prices to increase, but it didn't even seem like a good value. After I told my kids how much fun we would have there, I looked like a fool. Never again.....extremely disappointed. McDonalds would have been a better choice.
