Dirty and not very well organized. Definitely crammed a great place into a spot that 1/2 the size it should be. Hygiene wasn't the greatest there by some employees either.

Let me just start by saying I've been called a lot of things in my life: "stupid" sure, "dramatic" I suppose, "flawless" definitely, but "complicated" by my coffee store?!? What gives Dunkin??? I just wanted a specific latte ok. Anyway I will be moving on. I will now be frequenting the other Dunkin Donuts, and only stopping at this one on the 5th Monday of every month.

Don't order your coffee anything other than black because they put way too much cream in it. The staff is great, though. The atmosphere is welcoming.
